Leadership Guesthouse, at Shanti gram, Gujarat is envisioned as a co-work and co-live retreat for CEOs and executive professionals. The architecture responds to its site context integrating landscape with a curved built form. The site is designed with a curved building shape that welcomes visitors, complemented by stepped landscape features that highlight the spaciousness of the area. The central part of the structure is staggered, adding visual interest and breaking up the overall scale
Inside, the layout groups public spaces of social areas, recreation, dining, and coworking on the lower levels, while private accommodations are located upstairs, creating an efficient and comfortable flow. The visitor entrance is located on a podium-level vestibule, enhanced by landscaped courtyards that create an inviting arrival experience. This design also facilitates access to service and staff facilities on the ground level with direct road connectivity.
The interiors follow a warm, neutral beige palette with subtle accent colors. These are layered with the play of textures and jaali elements. The large windows allow ample natural light. This creates a comfortable and efficient living environment.
